Hermosa Beach, CA Walk for Water

Walk for Water is back in the South Bay! On April 25, TSP invites our Southern California community to join us at Vista Elementary in Hermosa Beach for the kickoff of our 2026 event. Check-In will open at 9am for participants to pick up their shirts, fuel up with snacks, create inspiring signs, and hear some pre-walk motivation. Then, we walk! The route will take walkers from the school, to the strand and along the water, raising awareness for conservation and trans global access to clean water.

In Samburu, Kenya, women and girls walk miles every day to collect water - often unsafe water - just to meet their families’ basic needs. This long journey rob them of their time, education, and health. Walk for Water welcomes kids and adults of all ages to take meaningful steps toward ending this global water crisis. Every step taken helps bring life saving, sustainable, clean water to communities in Samburu, empowering women, restoring time, and transforming lives.

After crossing the finish line, walkers will enjoy a well-earned post-walk breakfast, silent auction, games, shopping, and more as we celebrate the impact we’ve made - together.
