Join us for the THIRD annual Heritage Textile Weekend at the Ancient Technology Centre in Dorset.We will have our four expert tutors:

- Jalea Ward
With MORE heritage textile crafts taken from historical sources.
- Make your own spindle whorl and drop spinning.
- Back strap weaving techniques still practised today.
- Wet felting using fleece.
- Start prehistoric net making.
WITH the option to add on staying the night in the Viking Longhouse and communal meal options on Saturday night (TBC).
We will use different buildings on the site of the Ancient Technology Centre for each workshop - the Viking Longhouse, Anglo Saxon Gruben hut, Iron Age Roundhouse and the iconic Earthouse.
This is always a fantastic event, we are grateful for our returning textile enthusiasts!
We will be offering the chance to pay in instalments as well - as long as all payments are completed before the event takes place.
