Hear from Dr Chow Khai Shui of Teck Soon Medical Hall and his daughter — a father-daughter story of heritage, resilience, and the enduring relevance of TCM in modern Singapore. (Sharing in English & Chinese)

Try your hand at measuring and identifying traditional herbs — and gain a whole new appreciation for what goes into every prescription.
🍵 Tea appreciation at Tang Tea House
Visit a traditional teahouse and explore the deep connections between tea culture, wellness, and TCM philosophy. Includes tea appreciation and light refreshments.
🎵 Sound bath for relaxation
The morning closes with a short, restorative sound bath — a quiet moment to reflect and unwind after a rich morning of learning and connection.
📸 Photography tips & game quest
Start the morning with simple photography prompts and a game quest to help you notice — and capture — the living heritage all around you in Chinatown.
☕ Coffee, tea & toast to start
Begin with a relaxed breakfast gathering at the iconic Nanyang Old Coffee before the journey begins.
