About this Event
Do you need assistance tracing family history, studying immigration, and researching demographics? There’s more to discover than just vital records!
Join the Rhode Island State Archives for Heritage Hour, the new limited Saturday program to launch your family history research journey! This event offers access to the Archives outside of regular hours and will feature examples of vital records in the State Archives collection. Staff will be available to review how to use digitized vital records and share best practices on how to begin genealogical research.
Bringing your own laptop, tablet, or other device is strongly encouraged.
