This full-day experience is designed to provide culturally relevant, timely, and actionable information that empowers you to take control of your health and well-being.

What to Expect:

• Educational Panel Discussions: Learn from experts about breast health, nutrition, and reducing health disparities.
• Hands-On Workshops: Engage in interactive sessions on plant-based cooking, self-advocacy, and more.
• Free Breast Examinations: Take advantage of on-site screenings provided by Bexa.
• Fitness and Fun: Enjoy line dancing, entertainment, and a drumline performance.
• Swag Bags and Fresh Produce: Each attendee will receive a swag bag, and each family will take home a bag of fresh produce.
