Here and Now: An Evening of Authentic Relating

Not small talk. Not surface-level pleasantries. Not the exhausting performance of having it all together.

Real connection. The kind where you're seen, heard, and met exactly as you are.

If you're tired of feeling lonely in a room full of people, if you're longing for conversations that nourish rather than drain you, if you're searching for your tribe, this evening is for you.

Here and Now is an evening dedicated to the practice of authentic connection. Through guided paired exercises, group circles, and embodiment practices, we'll explore what it means to be truly present, with ourselves and with each other.

This isn't therapy. It isn't networking. It's simply a space to practice being real, revealing what's true, and discovering what becomes possible when we stop performing and start connecting.

You don't need experience. You don't need to be "good at" relating. You just need to show up as you are.

• Embodiment check-ins to ground into presence and feel what's alive in your body
• Paired exercises to practice revealing your experience and listening deeply
• Group circles where we witness each other without fixing, rescuing, or advising
• Authentic Relating practices that help you stay connected to yourself while in relationship with others

We'll create a container where being seen, in our uncertainty, our joy, our awkwardness, and our truth is a shared value, where courage is a value, where all of you is welcome.

Raisa is a Trauma-Informed Jungian Coach and Authentic Relating Facilitator based in Southern Maryland. She creates spaces where women (and all adults) can practice being seen, heard, and met in their wholeness. Through Authentic Relating, embodiment practices, and a deep commitment to creating brave spaces, Raisa helps people reconnect with themselves and each other.
