You’re invited to be our guest! Faculty from the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business are presenting findings from the first research of its kind. More than 40 women in business leadership positions across the Texas Panhandle were interviewed to discover:

• Their identities, experiences, and stories unique to their position as women in leadership roles
• Challenges and obstacles faced as a woman in a business leadership role
• The resources they need to achieve economic success
