About this Event
Don’t throw out that jam jar! You are invited to Urban Growers Collective for a fun and informative class that explores the practices of traditional herbal medicine making. In this class we will make a tea and a tincture from the same herbs. This two hour class will begin with an exploration of the herb garden where we will meet the herbs that we will use. After discussing the personality (the healing applications) and reputation (folklore and traditional usage) of some of those herbs, we will brew tea and make a tincture. All materials will be provided.
