About this Event
Would you like to experience calmer days and more restful nights through the gentle support of medicinal herbs in the form of herbal teas? Herbal teas are a beautiful way to hug your nervous system during times of stress and anxiety, while also encouraging a peaceful, restorative night’s sleep.
Join Community Herbalist Leanne Shafner for a fun, informative, and nourishing Herbal Tea Workshop, where you’ll explore medicinal herbs traditionally used to support stress management and healthy sleep rhythms. This hands-on experience is a wonderful way to show yourself some love, especially around Valentine’s weekend, by slowing down, learning something new, and tending to your well-being in a welcoming, supportive space.
Come solo or grab a friend and come together, then linger after the workshop to enjoy one of the many interesting lunch spots or cozy coffee shops nearby. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to harness the power of herbs while connecting with yourself and others in a meaningful way!
