Led by clinical herbalist Kristy of Verity Herbs & Wellness, this class will cover everything you need to know about enjoying herbs through tea—whether you’re brand new to herbalism or already a seasoned tea drinker.
Together, we’ll explore:
Common herbs and their uses as tea
How to prepare herbal tisanes as beverage blends, infusions, and decoctions
The best ways to work with fresh vs. dried herbs
Tips for preserving your herbs for long-term use
This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop designed to give you both knowledge and experience. A variety of herbal teas will be available to sample during class, and you’ll also get to take some home to continue your tea journey.
