We team up with the Erie Free Store for another night of Benevolent Beers!The Erie Free Store is open to anyone who needs a little extra help. There are three simple principles they try to follow:
1. Take what you need
2. Be kind
3. Pay it forward
They regularly accept donations of clothing, household items, toys and toiletries on Mondays from 10:00 a.m -1:00 p.m. and while the store is open from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Donations can be from households or surplus from retailers in our area. Shoppers then can select the items for free during the open hours of Monday 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
With the funding raised through this event this group needs to plan for the future of Erie Free Store as their location may be in jeopardy in the near future. Funds are utilized to support their mission to provide for people within our community. Previous funds have been used to purchase coats and Holiday gifts.
Every sale rung in to our cash register between 5:00 and 8:00pm will provide a donation to this great group
