Why is herbal medicine often called “The People’s Medicine”?
Because plants are here for all of us! The practice of using plants as medicine is often passed down through generations, and can be traced back thousands of years in human history.
In this class, you will learn some of the foundations of herbal medicine & a few simple yet effective home remedies for everyday care.
You will leave the class with more confidence to incorporate herbs into your life.
