Learn how calming and adaptogenic herbs can help you manage stress and support your nervous system. We’ll sip a calming herbal tea during class, and you’ll also take home a handcrafted remedy and handout with recipes and details about the herbs we discuss in class.
This workshop will be facilitated by ecological educator and botanical maker Gina Southern, founder of Vessel Kitchen Gardens, and is the third of a three-part series on cultivating resilience through botany.
