Hosted by The Wellbeing Collective and facilitated in collaboration with Hippy Herbal Lab, this workshop is an invitation to pause, sip, learn and deeply rest.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be gently guided through a curated selection of herbal teas, each chosen to support different aspects of wellbeing, from calming the nervous system and supporting digestion, to opening the heart and nurturing emotional balance. You’ll learn about the properties of each blend, how herbs work with the body, and how to tune into your own unique responses as you taste.
This is not about rushing or ticking boxes. It’s about slowing down, engaging your senses, and reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom.
The experience will gently unfold into a deeply restorative sound meditation, allowing the body to fully integrate the herbal medicine you’ve received. Supported by soothing instruments and guided relaxation, you’ll be invited into a state of rest where nourishment can truly settle.
