Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restful guided meditation practiced lying down. While the body fully relaxes, the mind is gently led through specific stages of awareness, allowing stress and tension to dissolve without effort. It is one of the most effective practices for calming the nervous system and replenishing energy.
This session is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, wired, fatigued or simply craving time to reconnect. Leave feeling deeply rested, grounded and clear, with a renewed sense of calm that carries into your days ahead.
