You will learn to identify and differentiate between types of coughs, and explore the best strategies for tackling them. Using commonly available herbs and kitchen staples, we will guide you through a variety of syrup-making techniques, explore which plants are best suited to each, and how to apply this knowledge in treating your or your family’s coughs.
