Learn the technique of laminating fresh herbs (think parsley, sage, thyme, etc) into the dough to form beautifully streaked, flavor-infused sheets. You’ll then roll and thin the laminated dough and cut it into generous pappardelle ribbons, taking home your portion for two along with fresh bread and ingredients and recipe cards to create a lovely, simple accompanying sauce.
