The Launch Event
We’re proud to introduce the very first Her Wellness House event a curated wellness day designed for women who want to step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.
Created as a modern space for movement, conversation and calm this experience brings together like-minded women for a day that feels energising, grounding and genuinely restorative. Expect a beautifully considered environment, intentional sessions and the kind of atmosphere you don’t want to rush out of.
Your day will include:
- A signature Pilates class to strengthen and energise
- A restorative yoga session with guided gratitude
- A bouquet creation workshop with our own florist
- A deeply relaxing sound bath with distant reiki and meditation
- Tasty lunch from a local business
- Time to slow down, connect and reset
Whether you come alone or with a friend Her Wellness House is designed to feel welcoming, relaxed and elevated from start to finish. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter and recharged.
