Her Rising Roots is a sacred space for ladies from all walks of life. This special healing circle is designed to ignite your inner flame, ground your spirit, and nourish your soul — all while cultivating genuine connections in a supportive, heart-centered setting.
During this one-hour session, we will:✨ Pull an oracle card for personal spiritual insight✨ Move through expressive dance to awaken your fire✨ Ease into gentle yoga to restore and soften✨ Journal and openly share in a lying-down conversation✨ End with a calming, guided lying-down meditation
