HER Power is an all-female partner strength competition built around teamwork, grit, and earned strength.
This event is designed for women who want to compete in an environment that values clear standards, strong programming, and community. Every workout challenges partners to work together under fatigue, communicate effectively, and show composure when it matters most.
Whether you’re chasing the podium or competing for the experience, HER Power delivers a fair, exciting, and empowering competition day.

COMPETITION FORMAT
- Every team is guaranteed two workouts
- Top 12 teams advance to Workout 3 (Semifinals)
- Top 3 teams advance to the Championship Final (Workout 4)
- Clear standards, experienced judges, and smooth event flow

REGISTRATION INFO
All registered athletes will receive a custom HER Power dog tag as a participation gift.
