Featured Panelists
Kourtney Smith
Chief Operating Officer of Kimball International, Kourtney Smith brings more than 30 years of experience in the office furniture and hospitality industries. In her role, she helps shape the strategic direction and operations of one of the nation’s leading workplace and health & hospitality furniture companies.
Amy Jackson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at German American Bank and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in banking, operations, lending, marketing, technology, and strategic planning. She is also an active community leader and advocate throughout the region.
Pam Metz is the President and Owner of Boston International, a nationally recognized gift and home décor company headquartered in French Lick, Indiana. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Pam has led the company through tremendous growth, expanded U.S.-based manufacturing initiatives, and helped establish Boston International as a leader in innovation, artist partnerships, and American-made production.
