About Your Guide – Heather Nickel
Heather Nickel is the founder of Beyond Better Life and a certified mindset and confidence coach, energy healer, and intuitive guide. With over 14 years of experience in coaching, Reiki, breathwork, and emotional healing, she helps women reconnect with their inner wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and raise their energetic vibration.
Having walked her own healing path—overcoming anxiety, breast cancer, addiction, depression, and burnout—Heather brings deep compassion, presence, and powerful tools to every circle she leads. Her women’s circles are sacred spaces for connection, clarity, and growth, where each woman is seen, heard, and supported.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
You may want to bring:

- Water bottle
- An open heart 💖
What should I wear?
Wear something comfy that allows for gentle movement and helps you feel relaxed.
Please avoid perfume or strong scents, as we aim to keep the space scent-free for those with sensitivities.
What can I expect during the circle?
This is a gently guided, heart-centered experience designed to help you feel grounded, connected, and supported in a small, intimate group setting.
You can expect:
- Energy clearing to release what no longer serves you
- Meditation to calm your mind and reconnect with your heart
- Guided sharing (with optional prompts) in a safe, confidential space
- Somatic movement to move energy through the body
- Soulful connection with like-minded women
We keep the circle intentionally small—limited to 14 women—to ensure a nurturing, supportive experience for everyone. No experience is necessary. Come as you are. 💫
