About this Event
Her Health Blueprint is a group coaching session for women who are ready to make their health real priority this year — with a clear plan, guidance, and no overwhelm.
Maybe you've been meaning to fit health into your life for a while now. You've read the articles, saved the posts, told yourself this month is the one — but life gets in the way. And the advice out there doesn't help: there's too much of it, it contradicts itself, and none of it quite fits your actual life.
That's exactly what this session is here to change.
Together, we'll cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters for your health. Part group guidance, part individual attention — so you leave with clarity on where to start, how to build fromthere, and a simple plan that's actually tailored to you.
This is for you, if you:
- Have made health a focus for 2026 and want real support to follow through
- Feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and aren't sure what to actually prioritise
- Want a clear, simple starting point, not a perfect plan, just one that works
- Know that accountability and community make it so much easier to stay consistent
- Are ready to stop waiting and take one grounded step forward — with other women doing the same
What to expect:
- Mapping out your current health needs and goals — so you know exactly where you stand
- Building a personalised health blueprint that supports you holistically through 2026
- Walking away with 1–2 simple actions you can start implementing straight away
- No cutting out foods. No overhauling your life. No added stress — just clear steps, gentle support, and a reminder that feeling good doesn't have to be complicated

About Your Facilitator
Divya Chandragesan is a certified integrative nutrition and hormone health coach specialising in women's health.
After being diagnosed with PCOS, Divya began looking beyond surface-level solutions and
towards sustainable, integrated ways to support hormonal health. That shift transformed not just her own well-being, but reframed what becomes possible when women are supported in waysthat work with their bodies, not against them.
Today, she works with clients in Singapore and internationally — helping them reduce painful symptoms, navigate health transitions, find sustainable energy, and feel genuinely good in their bodies again, while building habits that last in real life.
