Before we build anything, you're going to create something most people don't even know exists: a Brand Voice and Style Guide - this is the desktop document that becomes the foundation for every AI tool, dashboard, or team member you'll ever build. Without it, your AI produces generic output. With it, your AI actually sounds like you.
Then we build!
In this session, you'll be introduced to all seven members of your AI Capacity Squad, and we'll build three of them together: your CEO (the strategic thought partner who helps you think clearly when you're stuck), your Content Creator (so nothing ever starts from a blank page again), and your Trend Finder (which sources what's trending and turns it into content ideas that actually sound like you).
We'll close with a look at the workflows and automations running behind the scenes of my actual businesses, so you leave with a clear picture of where this infrastructure goes once the foundation is in place.
