Welcome to the HENRY Healthy Families: Growing up!

This is an 8 week course designed for parents/carers with children between the ages of 5-11 years. During this course, it will help you to develop a healthier, happier, and long lasting lifestyle which benefits the whole family. This course starts on Thursday 29th January at 9:45-11:45am and ends on Thursday 26th March at 9:45-11:45am. The course does not run during February half term.
