This 90-minute session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and deeply rest.

Through a combination of guided breathwork and a live soundscape of instruments and healing frequencies, you’ll be supported to soothe your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and settle into a state of calm presence.

Carly will gently guide the breath to help you arrive, regulate, and release tension, while Zak weaves live sound throughout the session, creating an immersive, supportive environment that encourages relaxation and inner stillness.

This is not an activating or effortful experience.
It’s designed to be nourishing, grounding, and accessible, meeting you exactly where you are.
