Henley Royal Regatta is one of the most prestigious and historic events on the rowing calendar. Drawing competitors and crowds from all across the world, this event is one not to miss. Taking place on the River Thames in Henley-on-Thames, the event couldn’t be in a more remarkable location. The event is split into qualifying and the main Regatta. Qualifying which takes place on Friday 26th of June comprises competitors recording an individual time to qualify for the main Regatta. Then the spectacle of the main regatta takes place from Tuesday the 30th of June until Sunday the 5th of July. With the team arriving on Monday the 29th of June to set up and perform site inductions.Due to the large nature of the operation we are looking for several enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join our team. We are looking for volunteers who already hold the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) Open Water Lifeguard qualification (OWL), Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Power Boat Level 2 or Safety Boat qualification.
You are welcome to volunteer for part of the event or the entire event, preference will be given to those who volunteer for the entire event or for more days.
