Sewing samples including:
single, double, rolled, blind hem,
hems with a facing, bias bound and hand rolled hemming
What you will need:
half metre of calico fabric,
20 cm piece of bias tape,
10 cm wide piece of stretch fabric for hand rolled hems
A sewing machine – _if you need to use one of ours please let us know when you book
A basic sewing kit – _scissors, pins tape measure etc – _we do have a supply of these if you need to use ours.
Level: You'll need to know how to thread a machine and sew with it.

Please note we try to calculate how long a workshop will be and plan to finish each garment in the allocated time but this isn’t always possible, If you are unable to finish in the workshop time we will make sure you are confident with your garment to be finished at home.
