About this Event
Going back to work can feel heavier than you expected.
Not because of the job but because of your baby.
You might be quietly wondering:
• Will they still feel attached to me?
• What if feeding changes?
• What if sleep falls apart?
• What if the nursery overwhelms them?
• What if they cry all day?
You’ve spent months building rhythm, security and connection, and the thought of changing it can feel unsettling.
This gentle 2-part workshop is designed to help your baby transition smoothly and securely when you return to work.
Because when your baby feels safe, you can breathe again.
Cost for the event is for both dates : 20 & 27th March 2026 @10am
🍼 WEEK 1 - 20th March: Feeding & Protecting the Bond
Returning to work often raises questions around:
• Breastfeeding and expressing
• Combination feeding
• Introducing solids
• How the nursery will manage feeds
• Whether feeding someone else affects attachment
Led by Registered Nurse Zahra Rajah, you’ll receive practical, evidence-based guidance on how to maintain nourishing, consistent feeds when you’re not there.
Alongside this, Transitions Life Coach Priya Khan will gently explore how your beliefs and emotions around feeding influence your baby’s experience.
You’ll learn how your calm confidence supports your baby’s security.
Because feeding is not just nutrition, it’s a connection.
😴 WEEK 27th March : Sleep, Nursery & Helping Your Baby Adjust
Starting nursery can bring a new layer of worry:
• What if they don’t nap?
• What if they regress?
• What if they struggle to settle?
• What if they seem different at home?
You’ll learn:
• What’s developmentally normal at this age
• How nurseries support naps and routines
• How babies adapt to new caregivers
• How to create calm, confident drop-offs
• How to support your baby emotionally through change
When you understand what’s normal and feel prepared, your baby feels it too.
This Is For
Mums returning to work around 6–12 months postpartum who want:
• Their baby to feel secure and settled
• Feeding to stay consistent

It’s preparation for a big transition.
You’ll leave with:
✔ A clear feeding plan
✔ Realistic sleep expectations
✔ Reassurance about nursery adjustment
✔ Tools to create calm separation
✔ Confidence that your baby can thrive even when you’re not there
Because returning to work doesn’t have to mean disruption.
