This training is designed to help frontline staff interact with individuals in a way that leads to positive behavioral change. We will discuss what change means, provide techniques that will help people change and walk through some scenarios with workshop attendees to ensure they understand not just how to help people change, but to help themselves change as well. We will make sure it's fun, interactive and give you tools to use when you walk away.
