HEAL (Helping Each other After Loss) grief group for minorities provides a safe, culturally sensitive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds to process and share their experiences of loss. This group recognizes the unique challenges faced by people of color and other marginalized communities, such as navigating grief within cultural contexts, dealing with systemic barriers, and coping with historical or collective trauma. The group offers emotional support, validation, and a sense of community, where participants can connect with others who understand their specific struggles. As always, allies are welcome.
