As a parent, you want the very best for your children, even when you’re not around. Ensuring your helper or caregiver is equipped with the right skills is essential to maintaining a harmonious and nurturing home.

Are daily routines like bath time, meals, and homework a challenge for your helper?

Help is on the way! Let Kim DeMarchi, Certified Parent Educator, Family Coach & Speaker, share valuable insights and practical tools to help your helper.

This 2 hour workshop covers the following areas:

- Understanding the Importance of Limits: Learn why setting limits is crucial for the well-being of children and the harmony of the household.

- Overcoming Daily Challenges: From dealing with tantrums to encouraging cooperation, this course will provide practical strategies for your caregiver to manage common issues with confidence.

- Establishing Consistency: Teach your caregiver 4 easy steps to set limits that stick, making daily routines smoother and more predictable for everyone.

- Role-Playing Sessions: The course includes role-playing exercises, giving your helper the experience needed to apply these techniques in real-life situations, ensuring a more balanced and stress-free home.

- Why It Matters: Investing in your helper’s training is investing in your child’s well-being. A caregiver who knows how to set and maintain boundaries is key to fostering a positive and structured environment, which is essential for your child’s development.

This Help for Helpers Workshop is based on the best-selling book “Positive Discipline” by Dr. Jane Nelsen, educator, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Child Counselor and mother of seven.
