Flexi Ticket: You can enter the exhibition at any time on your selected date.
Opening hours: Mondays - Saturdays: 10am - 8pm
Last entry is 1 hour before closing time
Duration: The visit will take around 80 minutes
Age Requirement: All ages are welcome! Children under 4 enter free of charge. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Speical App: The exhibition app allows you to uncover the hidden augmented reality throughout the exhibition along with handy maps and room descriptions. It’s available on Google Play and Apple Store.
*There are no restroom facilities within the exhibition.
*The following items are not permitted inside the exhibition: food and beverages, umbrellas, larger bags, and prams/buggies.
*Please note that prams and pushchairs are not allowed inside and should be stored at the ticket office.
*Accessibility: please be aware that this experience involves multiple steps and is only accessible in parts on the ground floor. The exhibition is only partially wheelchair accessible; due to the building’s listing constraints, there is no access to the 1st floor.
