Hello Baby provides 4 x weekly sessions to support you with finding out more about becoming a new parent and the support available to you.About this Event
The weekly sessions are 1:30-3:30pm at Stockwood Family Hub on the following dates:
2nd March - Introduction to Family Hubs, women's health/contraception, and support for dads/non-birthing parents
9th March - Infant Feeding - responsive feeding and support available
16th March - Midwives - preparing for the birth experience, and the early days after having your baby
23rd March - Health Visitors - understanding your baby's needs and communication, baby brain development, and looking after your own emotional wellbeing/relationships
