Helicon (Neo Psychedelic Rock, Glasgow)was formed by brothers John-Paul and Gary Hughes in East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland. Known for the intensity of their live shows, their sound blends psychedelia, electronica, guitars and sitars with a spirit of counter-cultural experimentation. The band has toured UK/EU regularly over the last 5-6 years including sold out shows in Glasgow, London, Manchester, Paris, Berlin, with show stealing performances at major festivals including Fuzz Club Eindhoven, Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia, Manchester Psych Fest. Edinburgh Psych Fest, Stellar Swamp Fest and Kelburn Garden Party.
