RVRC are very excited to be running a pole clinic with Helen Dawson, Sinai Dressage, a BD UKCC level 2 coach, with nearly 30 years teaching and dressage coach specialising in pole dancing and dressage test riding. Helen has ridden to advanced medium and became interested in the value of pole work over 8 years ago to help with rehabilitation of her mare. Pole dancing is fun for both horse and rider, helping to engage mind and body. Pole work helps with rhythm, balance, core strength, suppleness and organisation. For the rider, helps timing, application and organisation of aids helping confidence and co ordination.
