Held Together is a nourishing, in-person workshop for people exploring how to take meaningful action without burning out.
You’ll be invited to sense into your energy, clarify what kind of contribution feels most alive right now, and explore how self-care and community care are deeply interconnected. This is a spacious, grounding experience designed to help you reconnect with what sustains you — personally and collectively.
Why This? Why Now?
In a time where fear, separation, and social unrest are ever present, many of us are quietly asking:
- What kind of action actually makes sense for me right now?
- How do I contribute in ways that feel aligned with my values and energy — not depleting?
- What does it look like to care for myself and my community at the same time?
Held Together is a two-hour, experiential workshop designed to support these questions through embodied practice, reflection, and shared inquiry.
Rather than offering strategies or prescriptions, this space invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what kind of contribution feels sustainable, purposeful, and life-giving — right where you are.
What We’ll Explore Together
This workshop is intentionally spacious and self-reflective, blending self-care and community connection.
You can expect:
- A guided pranayama (breathwork) experience, including different breathing practices to explore energizing, balancing, and calming states
- Gentle reflection and group dialogue around what you notice in your body, emotions, and energy
- An introduction to a strengths-based framework for community engagement (inspired by Human Design and Deepa Iyer's Social Change Ecosystem Map) to help you sense into how your natural strengths and energetics show up in your work, relationships, and communities
- Tea and conversation to support integration and connection
- A shared exploration of how self-care and community care are not separate — and can be held together
This is an experiential offering — less about learning concepts, more about feeling into what’s true for you.
