In a world that moves so fast, HELD is a moment to pause—to surrender and let the breath and body carry what words cannot express, to be supported and fully seen... To be HELD in safety and compassion as you unravel the cravings of your heart.
Here, you will be guided through movement and breathwork, unwinding and unleashing what weighs heavy on the heart, as you are gently held through all the waves of emotion and expression! And as always, we're gonna have so much fun!
