About this Event
It can feel hard to leave your baby, even for a short time. You may feel a bit guilty and unsure, that’s completely natural.
Held Into Spring is a gentle two-hour space created with that reality in mind: long enough to truly settle your nervous system, yet contained enough to feel manageable. A pause in the season of constant giving.
Spring is a time of renewal: not through pressure or productivity, but through softening, light returning and gradual re-emergence. This session is an invitation to step briefly out of the demands of motherhood and into a space that is just for you.
A space to be held.
To reset. To restore.
To let go of some of the quiet weight you’ve been carrying.
There is no fixing here. No expectations. No performance.
There is simply space for your thoughts, your feelings, and your body.
Through gentle reflection, somatic movement, grounding breathwork, guided relaxation and an extended immersive sound bath, we support your nervous system to shift from constant fight/flight into deep rest. At the end of it all you will be nourished and energised by delicious plantbased food and refreshements designed specifically for new mums.
When your body feels safe enough to soften, everything recalibrates.
We are mothers ourselves. We know how it feels: the love, the intensity, the exhaustion, the invisible load. That is exactly why we are holding this space.

About Your Facilitators
Mama Kinga
Kinga is an advanced yoga teacher and specialist in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, hypnobirthing and doula support. Her work blends embodied awareness with evidence-informed practice and is rooted in nervous system regulation.
Becoming a mother reshaped her understanding of strength, identity and internal steadiness in ways no training alone could. Navigating matrescence without close family nearby deepened her belief that mothers deserve deep, personalised and compassionate support, not just during pregnancy, but even more so after.
Her approach is heart-centred, trauma-informed and physiology-led.
Natural Nia
Nia is a holistic health coach, somatic practitioner and sound facilitator devoted to supporting women through nourishment, movement and restorative practices.
As a mother herself, she understands the physical and emotional intensity of early motherhood. Her work centres on embodied release, regulation and creating safe, intentional spaces where women can genuinely reset.
Together, Kinga and Nia are deeply passionate about holding grounded, supportive spaces for mothers. Spaces that honour both the strength and the vulnerability of this transition.
