Join us for a grounding and connecting session where breath, body, and voice come together. This is a space to release tension, connect with yourself, and share in the group's energy.

We’ll explore through interactive activities, gentle guidance, and playful experimentation. There will be a small live performance in the form of a ritual while you write down the thoughts, feelings, or habits you want to let go of, a moment to watch, reflect, and be present with yourself.

You’ll also have space for ecstatic free dance, letting your body move however it wants: fun, silly, expressive, or completely free. Breathing exercises paired with soothing sounds will guide you on a deep journey into your body and mind, helping you release what no longer serves you.

Whether you sing, hum, write, listen, or just rest, any way you show up is welcome. This is a safe, non-judgmental space to tune in, let go, and fully inhabit your body, voice, and presence.

Come as you are, move, breathe, reflect, and connect on your own terms, in your own way, and together with the group.
