Step into an evening designed to spark your curiosity, awaken your inner child, and invite your whole being into joyful restoration. This spring edition of Held in Harmony brings together breath, stillness, and gentle suspended movement in a way that feels both nourishing and refreshingly playful.
We begin with a grounding breathwork journey—clearing stress, opening the heart, and creating spaciousness in the body. With your system softened and regulated, you’ll transition directly into restorative yin yoga supported by the aerial silks. Slow, delicious stretches are paired with soothing reflexology to melt tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep release.
The entire evening is designed to help you unwind, breathe, and settle back into your natural harmony.
This is your invitation to stretch, rest, breathe, laugh softly, and reconnect with the simple joy of being alive.

Bring your yoga mat, bolster or pillow, blanket, and blocks for added comfort.
