This afternoon is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of the Earth.
In the busyness of modern life, many of us move quickly through our days without pausing to remember that we are part of the Earth itself.
Our bodies breathe the same air as the forests, carry the same minerals as the mountains, and flow with the same waters that move through rivers and oceans.
Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds, you’ll be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation where the body can soften and the mind can grow quiet. As the sounds move through the space, simply allow yourself to receive.
Come join and experience this sound bath, a place where tension melts away, breathing deepens, and a natural sense of connection begins to return. A connection to breath, to body, and to the living Earth beneath us.
This Gaia-honoring evening will also hold space for gratitude for the Earth and the life that sustains us, remembering that as we restore balance within ourselves, we contribute to the healing of the world around us.

No experience is needed. No belief is required. Nothing is expected of you. If you feel drawn to be here, trust that.
You’ll spend most of the experience lying down. Yoga mats are provided, and you’re encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, or anything that helps your body fully relax.
