Join us for an intimate, candlelit sound bath created to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and guide you into deep, restorative rest. This is your invitation to pause… and receive.

This experience is designed for the woman who is always giving… and is ready, even just for an hour, to receive.
✨ What to Expect
• Gentle guided grounding to help you fully arrive
• A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal bowls and healing tones
• A calm, cozy atmosphere designed with candlelight and aromatherapy for total relaxation
• Space to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within
• No movement required. Just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (we have extra mats if needed)
• Blanket + pillow for extra coziness
