Ladies! Treat yourself to an afternoon of empowerment, femininity, and play at our Heels Barre & Chair Workshop with the amazing Sydnie and Mimi—now with a wild twist!
Whether you’re brand-new to heels or ready to level up your lines and musicality, this immersive experience is designed to help you move with confidence, control, and unapologetic stage presence!
✨Theme: Animal Kingdom Glam — leopard prints, cat ears, fierce stripes… costumes encouraged (but not mandatory).

Heels Barre Foundations:
- Posture, core engagement, and alignment for safe, elongated lines in heels
- Balance, turns, and transitions to move with grace and power
- Targeted conditioning to build strength, stability, and stamina
Chair Flow Essentials
- Chair safety and clean pathways around the chair
- Texture, accents, and shapes that flatter your lines
- Tips to own the prop with control, confidence, and sass
Choreography-Barre Combo
- A musical, performance-ready combo that blends barre precision with sultry chair work
- Coaching on facials, intention, and storytelling
- Drills to help you make the choreography yours—from crisp accents to liquid flow
💃OPTIONAL MINI-SHOWCASE
Want to perform at the end? Go for it! We’ll open the floor for those who want to share the combo—solo or in small groups—cheered on by a supportive room.

- About Mimi: She is not just a teacher—she’s a mentor who brings her passion and creativity to every class. Known for her ability to connect deeply with her students, she fosters an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to shine. Her choreography blends elegance with boldness, ensuring you leave the workshop feeling inspired and ready to strut confidently both on and off the dance floor.
- About Sydnie: Having been a dancer since the young age of 7, Sydnie brings passion and creativity to every class. A former nine-year competitor with a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State, she’s trained across ballet, contemporary, jazz, jazz funk, tap, Hula/Tahitian, and heels. Known for connecting deeply with students, she builds a welcoming and positive space where dancers feel encouraged to challenge themselves, embrace their individuality, and grow in both confidence and skill.
