Motherhood, is a privilege and a blessing, it is wonderful, and there is nothing like it in this life. However, may are times when we become so accustomed to being needed that we forget to check in with the one person carrying it all, YOU.We show up for everyone, we give our best and we hold everything together. But somewhere between the responsibility and the expectations, we lose the space to feel and process our emotions.
And so we keep going, sometimes tired, stretched and quietly running on empty telling ourselves we will rest later.
But what if later is now?
