Heels classes in Salt Lake City! This is a beginner class with the most essential of Heels foundations. Feel your finest as you're guided through walking + body movement exercises, across the floor combos, and fierce, yet comfortable choreography. All curated by our beloved Trey! *Heels strongly encouraged for most elevated experience, but not required for this class. No prior heels experience required. Bring knee-pads for extra support if you'd like!💪
