Dance Class + Sound Bath + Community Circle

Step into your power and flow with us in this unique fusion of movement and mindfulness. Join Elle for a feminine focused dance class designed to awaken confidence, sensuality, and self expression. We’ll start with a few minutes of community time and Q&A to connect and ground, followed by a guided warm up and Heels Choreography (heels optional, come as you are!).

After we've moved and expressed through dance, we’ll transition into deep rest. Carrie will guide us through a healing sound bath and breathwork session to nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

What to Bring:

• Heels (optional)
• Layers for comfort and relaxation
• Water bottle

Open to all levels. Come to move, express, and restore.
