Beginner Friendly 18+ event
Have you ever wanted to try a heels class… but felt too nervous?
This beginner-friendly Intro to Heels workshop is designed to help you feel comfortable, flirty, confident and empowered No wild jumps or intimidating choreography.
Class format:
• Warm-up stretch (no heels)
• Intro to foundational moves (walks, body rolls, transitions)
• A short beginner dance combo broken down step-by-step
• Cool down stretch + breathing
Options will be given to make movements easier or more challenging so you can move at your own level.
What to bring:
• Clean heels (or clean runners if preferred)
• Water bottle
• Clothes you can move in
• Knee pads optional
• Hair down encouraged for a little hair choreo moment
Main goal?
Have fun. Feel sexy. Feel confident.
We’re excited to have special guest instructor Hayley lead us in this workshop!
This is an 18+ event! We will have drink specials all night!
