Hedonist Health: Holistic Harm Reduction with Ericat Jay

Holistic Harm Reduction is the practice of using food & lifestyle to reduce the harm associated with entering altered states. In this workshop, Ericat will demonstrate:

• How different substances affect brain chemicals, such as Serotonin & Dopamine (and how food creates & protects these neurotransmitters.)
  
• How to become an expert in pairing specific nutrients with different substances to optimize recovery before, during, & after *any* altered states experience.
  
• The effect of lifestyle factors such as sleep, sun, sex, and movement in recovering from your altered states experiences, and more!
  

Aboout the Speaker:

Ericat Jay is a Master Nutritionist, Cosmic Space Tiger, & owner of Hedonist Health.
An established mental health advocate, Ericat is dedicated to marrying her background in Psychology & Nutrition Sciences to support mental health naturally through food and lifestyle.
Having spent the last fifteen years immersed in the rave, festival, & burner communities, she has personal experience of the impact psychedelics and altered states have on changing one's life.
Ericat's mission is to empower altered states enthusiasts to use food and lifestyle as Harm Reduction, so they may continue to enjoy their alternative lifestyle with the utmost health, wellness, and vitality.
