AGES 18+ ONLY!
When you think of ceviche, you think of marinated fish or shellfish in a citrusy sauce. Well, think that, but turn left.
In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn how to make two unique ceviches, and tips on how to bring out the most flavor in the ingredients used.
First, students will learn how to make a Tuna Ceviche in a black-charred chile citrus sauce with tips on how to cut the Tuna.
The second ceviche is a vegan Cauliflower Ceviche that could rival any other ceviche out there.
No ceviche class is complete without tostadas; instructor Nicole Presley will demonstrate how to fry tostadas, and they will be enjoyed with the two ceviches.
